Welcome to Dotty Greetings. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Us
Dotty Greetings is a UK-based business specialising in greeting cards and personalised gifts.

2. Products
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, images and colours accurately represent our products. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.
As many of our products are handmade and personalised, slight variations may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products and are not considered faults.
3. Personalised Orders
Please check all names, dates, spellings and personalised details carefully before placing your order.
Dotty Greetings cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the customer when submitting personalisation details.
If we make an error when creating your personalised item, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time your order is placed.
5. Processing and Delivery
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
We provide free UK delivery via Royal Mail.
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by Royal Mail are outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at: dottygreetings@mail.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Personalised Products
As personalised products are made specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
the item arrives faulty or damaged; or
the personalisation is incorrect due to an error made by Dotty Greetings.
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the item where possible. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Personalised Products
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase of non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and suitable for resale.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at dottygreetings@mail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs where possible so we can resolve the matter promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, product descriptions and website content are the intellectual property of Dotty Greetings.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the purchase price of the item, except where the law requires otherwise.
10. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase and comply with our legal obligations.

11. Changes to These Terms
Dotty Greetings reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the revised Terms have been published on our website.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
